I’ve done a lot of work on myself already, how could these strategies help me?

Traditional therapy can only go so far. Add somatics, conscious breathing, active/embodied meditation, energy medicine, and ancient and evolutionary renewal practices and supercharge your efforts in wellness.

What’s the value of having regular support?

Talking with family and friends about your long day, overfull caseload, general stress, and overall functioning is only so helpful. They don’t quite know how to support us. I am a licensed professional counselor  and I can help you learn the skills to approach your situation in a new way– I am excited to help you gain different perspectives, I will listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself. All HIPPA rules apply.

Why shouldn’t I just take medication?

As a helping professional you know the value of medication, how it can be effective but also that it alone cannot solve all issues. Sometimes medication is needed. Combining medications with ancient wellness and renewal practices, acupressure, active-embodied meditation, and the tools of Personal Self-Integration together creates a personal wellness container that will accelerate self-empowerment and increase your willpower for conscious change. Take medication if you must, and our work together will support and strengthen your entire being, body/mind/emotion/spirit as you discover yourself more and more on the journey to self-regulation.  Our work together is designed to empower you to explore and unpack the problems you are experiencing and expand on your strengths that can help you accomplish your personal and collective goals.

How does it work? What do I have to do in sessions?

During groups, courses, or 1:1 sessions, arrive ready to learn in a state of Beginner’s Mind, be open to possibilities for change, be ready to breathe, and be in a state of curiosity to discover new ways of experiencing renewal and wellness.

    How long will it take?

These practices, particularly breathwork will have noticeable, immediate results. The frequency and duration of classes, intensives, and groups is set-up in such a way as to facilitate the greatest amount of personal development in the shortest period of time.

Level 1 courses are 5-weeks in length (one time per week with homework) and are for people with little to no experience with the strategies offered in these courses. Five weeks is an appropriate amount of time to open to new possibilities while resolving subconscious, unconscious, repressed or suppressed material, allowing plenty of time to integrate experiential learning, and embody practices acquired during class time. Coaching is provided between sessions to help students integrate their experiences fully.

Level 2 courses are shorter in class frequency and duration,  while still allowing for integration between sessions. These courses accelerate momentum built in level 1 experientials. Group coaching is available between sessions.

Level 3 Advanced intensives are 3-5 consecutive days in length and are available to students who’ve attended Levels 1 and 2 courses. These energy medicine/breathwork intensives are intended to provide opportunities to jump up to greater levels of energetic capacity, resilience, and renewal.

Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time the developmental and transformational processes can take is short or long, depending on your dedication to discipline when it comes to using the tools acquired in these courses. Your ability to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek this learning in the first place.

I want to get the most out of this work. What can I do to help?

I am so glad you are dedicated to getting the most out of your sessions. Your active participation, intention, and dedication will be crucial to your success in renewal, cultivating wellness, and reclaiming resilience.
